Missing or lost mind maps

If you created additional maps that you don’t see in this account, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

Different email account: The maps may have been created under a different email address. This happens often — users sometimes forget they created a previous account and end up saving maps in separate ones. If that’s possible, please check if you used an alternate email address to create an account.

Shared maps: The maps may have been shared with you by someone else. If the person who shared them deleted their account or removed sharing access, the maps would no longer appear.

If neither of these situations applies, please email us and let us know the approximate dates you created the maps, any map names you remember, and roughly how many there were.
