Get the latest version
To make sure that you have the latest version of the application, you will need to do what is called "hard-refresh". To do that:
- Open bubbl.us in Google Chrome browser
- Press Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Opt + J on Mac) This will open the Developer Console.

Click and hold on the Refresh button, you'll see a drop-down menu appear.

Choose 'Empty Cache and Hard Reload'.

Bubbl.us will reload and you can try again.
