Share using a link
To allow anyone to view or edit a mind map, you can create a shareable link by following these steps:
- Open the mind map you want to share
Click the Share button in the editor ribbon
- Click the Link button
You will see a dialog with two links with different permissions.
View-only link will let users view the mind map but not edit it.
Can-edit link will let users edit the mind map.
Paste the link in an email or anywhere you want to share it.
How to stop sharing mind map
Delete option will remove access to your mind map. You can then create a new link.
