Share using a link

To allow anyone to view or edit a mind map, you can create a shareable link by following these steps:

1. Open the mind map you want to share

2. Click the Share button in the editor ribbon

   

3. You'll see options to copy a link with permissions to either view or edit.

Paste the link into an email or anywhere else you want to share it.

How to stop sharing the mind map

Click the Reset link option to regenerate a link to your mind map. Note: Anyone using the current link — including people you've already shared it with — will lose access. You'll get a new link to share instead.
